We manufacture cold-drawn mechanical tubing for customers who need the precision of tight tolerance mechanical tubing. Our DOM process provides tubing that meets the very specific size and physical property requirements specified by our customers.

Our A-513 ERW is extremely precise. Produced from an ERW hollow that’s been normalized, it can be drawn to virtually any size.

Sizes produced range from 0.500" Outside Diameters thru 6.250" and wall thicknesses from .049" thru .375". These products are produced to the ASTM A513 Type 5 and Type 6 specifications.

Applications include flattened or flared parts, hydraulic cylinders, machine parts, and applications which require a superior surface finish, precise dimensions and specific physical properties.

As Welded ERW Tubing

We manufacture ERW tubing to ASTM A513 Type 1 and A500 specifications. These products are offered flash in or flash removed and we offer a variety of heat treating and finishing options.

Sizes produced cover many outside diameters between 0.675" and 6.625" with wall thicknesses ranging from .042" thru .440".
